All shipments outside the 48 U.S. will incur added shipping cost. Most can be located under the shipping tab in the auction.
All shipments outside the 48 U.S. will be via U.S.P.S. Also know that you will normally have customs charges to pay as well. We realize that shipping charges seem high, but we have to use a service that includes tracking abilities per ebay rules, also we have added expense with insurance and fees charged by paypal.
Return and Refund information
You may return any item for any reason. You have 20 days to return the item. For the item to be returned it must be in like new condition: this means unridden, without marks on the straps, horse hair or smells, etc.
With this purchase the buyer agrees to pay any and all return shipping and insurance charges along with a 20% restock fee or the original shipping cost, whichever is higher.
We will send you a mutual transaction agreement which states that we both agree to forgo the transaction. Once the item arrives in good condition your refund will be sent in same method that you paid.
